TEDI Tanzania
TEDI (Tanzania Enlightenment Development Innovations) operates across rural Tanzania to bring innovation into education. With their support, we've run digital literacy workshops, provided refurbished laptops to schools, and helped train over 150 students in foundational computing in Python. Right now, TEDI Tanzania is working on a variety of different projects, one of which is the Employability Skills Enhancement Program (ESEP). Through ESEP, university students and graduates are being equipped with fundamental 21st century skills like critical thinking, technology literacy, creativity, and leadership. TEDI is also leading the TEDI Entrepreneurs Generator Program, which is a program that focuses on preparing the next generation of leaders and risk-takers. Finally, TEDI is leading the ONE COMPUTER LAB ONE SCHOOL PROJECT, which aims to equip public schools with computer labs and resources to help with digital literacy.
COHECF-Kenya
COHECF-Kenya (Christian Community Healthcare Foundation Kenya) is a non-profit headquarted in Kenya. COHECF-Kenya operates with a community-driven approach to development. They are aiming to lay the foundation for long-term growth and resilience in Kenya and across Africa. COHECF has led many projects such as the Improving Financial Awareness & Financial Literacy Movement in Kenya. It is a broad based media and education initiative that ultimately aims to spread financial literacy across Kenya and beyond.
GNO FAR Senegal
GNO FAR (Jeunesse en Action) is a Senegalese non-profit. It's main purpose is to support youth, children, establishment of permanent peace and local development. Their aim is to create well-organised opportunities for young people in order for them to lead the developing process. They have done various projects in order to progress with these key ideals.
Hawthorne-Scriber High School
Hawthorne-Scriber High School is a high school located in Uganda. Their main mission is to provide holistic education that empowers students with knowledge, values, and skills for lifelong learning and service to humanity. They also actively engage in outreach programmes that support local development and student mentorship.
ACRI Uganda
ACRI (Advancing Community Resilience Initiative) works in Uganda’s most vulnerable regions, including Karamoja and refugee settlements. Their mission is to move beyond emergency aid by building long-term resilience through inclusive development. With ACRI’s support, we’re expanding digital literacy and recovery-focused education in communities facing climate and conflict challenges.
Coder:Level Up
Coder Level Up is a youth-led initiative that teaches real-world coding skills to students across Africa. Through hands-on workshops and mentorship, they help young learners build confidence in Python, web development, and creative tech.
Angaza Center
Angaza Technology Literacy Center empowers rural African high schools with digital labs, peer-led training, and workforce readiness programs. Their focus on social media marketing, virtual assistance, and tech fluency helps students prepare for the digital economy.
SecondStepTech
SecondStepTech is a social impact nonprofit that provides refurbished devices and beginner-friendly tech training to underserved learners. Their mission is to make the “second step” into digital literacy accessible and empowering.
Sartify
Sartify blends digital skills with creative entrepreneurship. Their programs help youth and women build portfolios in design, coding, and digital storytelling—turning creativity into opportunity.
Ban Mai Roy
Ban Mai Roy is a volunteer organization based in Thailand. They work with stateless youth in Northern Thailand, aiming to empower them with various community programs. They aim to support young adults navigating life.
RAI Alliance
RAI (Resilience, Access, Inclusion) Alliance is a global coalition focused on equitable access to education and technology. They support grassroots partners with tools, training, and strategic guidance to scale impact in underserved regions.
DataGirls Tanzania
DataGirls Tanzania empowers young women with skills in data science, coding, and analytics. Their workshops and mentorship programs help bridge the gender gap in STEM and prepare participants for careers in the digital economy. With DataGirls, we’re building a future where girls lead in tech.
Katy Computer Science Academy
Katy Computer Science Academy has recently partnered with Binary Tree to offer free online learning opportunities for beneficiaries from the underprivileged parts of the world. The Academy has engaged student communities around the Houston Metro area in computer education, and hundreds of students have benefited from the Academy’s well-structured course curricula.
